Stephen Smith

Stephen Smith joined Boyle, Leonard & Anderson, P.A. in 2022. Prior to the firm, Stephen served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 20th Judicial Circuit. Stephen earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University in 2014, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018.

During his law school career, Stephen was President of the Miami Students Chapter of the Federalist Society, clerked for the Institute for Justice, was Koch Policy Fellow, and worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Spencer Levine of Florida’s 4th District Court of Appeal.

Stephen now focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage disputes, insurance claim presentation, and appeals.

Stephen is originally from Miami, Florida. Stephen is an avid fan of the Miami Hurricanes.
